Sef Italia has recently partnered with General Trade, lombard leading manufacturer of systems for the coating of aluminum profiles with the effect Real Wood ®.

From the collaboration of our companies is born a new automated system that allows the decoration of the profiles and cooking themselves continuously.

This further evolution of the Real Wood® system has significantly reduce the production costs of decorated products.

The difference between the two models is striking in terms of productivity and also, with the mod.Standard, profiles were then collected, brought on another painting plant, loaded onto racks and sent to cooking. In our table we have not taken into account this extra-time.

Our FASTWOOD plant is the ONLY able to take up the production process in its entirety.

SEF ITALIA has developed the new project for a SELF CLEANING coating booth.

This patented extraordinary new invention, thanks to an innovative and easy idea, solves the big problem of the use of operators to clean the coating booths .

In 3-5 minutes the booth prepares itself autonomously to change the colour with no powders waste that could be dangerous also for the operators working in the area surrounding the machine.

In the next months we will organize an Open Day to give the possibility to the customers to see our new coating booths and to consult our Technicians.
